This is the farthest climb to the right on Practice Rock.  It climbs a chimney with a wide crack for gear.  Sharp rock, wear pants to save skin.

Climb the face just left of the 5.7 chimney on the far right of Practice Rock.  A blank section a few feet off the deck is the challenging crux.  Sharp holds like the rest of Practice Rock.

There are a number of lines ranging in difficulty from 5.easy to maybe 5.4. A commonly used line starts at the lower left side of the little flatiron-like slab and angles up and right to the belay. There is really no fixed route since it is possible to climb just about anywhere on the face. This is excellent for rank beginners and teaching slab moves and developing footwork.

Look for a horizontal crawl up high on the west face of Practice Rock.  First Lead climbs the crack that goes up to the left side of this crawl.  Short, and straight forward, this is a good lead for beginners.

Build a gear anchor in the large cracks up on top.  If you are new to building anchors and are with more experienced climbers, it is easy to walk up the back side and pre-build the anchor.

Walk off.

The face to the left of First Lead has several features that can be pieced together on lead, or simply toproped.  Great introductory face climbing.

This is the toprope directly below the left set of chain anchors.  The crux is just a couple of feet below the anchors.

This TR climbs the obvious steep line just right of the 5.6 wide crack that splits Practice Rock.  The first several moves are bouldery and quite tricky for the grade.  The top mellows out until the roof, which can be taken directly, or simply traverse left on the large shelf to easy ground.

This route climbs the left leaning crack starting just right of the bushes in the middle of practice rock.  The route climbs on good patina edges through a scoop feature in the center of the wall with the crux coming as you exit the scoop.  For an anchor, you can thread some cord or webbing through an obvious hole at the top of the route.

This is the first crack system left of the 5.7 chimney, located on the right side of Practice Rock.  A really bouldery move (not 5.7!) starts things off.  To keep the grade easier, traverse in from the right.  To add some fun to the end of the climb, take the roof on directly off the large rail holds for a bit of 5.9 climbing.
