A super nice gear route you can rest all the way up. Start up the corner, pull round roof then carry on up the crack to anchor.

The easy to reach and left-sweeping moderate has been well cleaned though it's shady location will continue to give lichens a place to grow.

Beta:  The off-width crack at the top is doable with the help of a hidden finger crack within the gaping jaws.

A bouldery start leads to easier climbing the higher you go. Nice moves.

A great little outing which packs some tricky moves up the arete. Would be 3 stars if it was 10ft longer. Oh well.

Most likely this short line will be used to teach or perhaps to access the anchor and top rope the  very tricky "Mopping Up Banshee Gravy". On decent rock and the view from the top of the Banshee Perch is worth the short romp.

A very dynamic and movement filled route for such a short line. You will get your money's worth here.  This is a whole lot of fun and gets you roosting atop of the Banshee Perch (a small tower) and perhaps doing a bit of crowing.  The first 4 or 5 moves gaining the SW arete and then traversing left are the sharp end of this exciting romp.

Climb past 3 bolts then move right to the crack. Up the crack/face to below small roof. Pull some hard moves between rests to the anchor.

Climb past 2 bolts to the crack. Up this to the anchor, good pro, fun route.

This colorful line grows progressively difficult as well as committing the higher you climb.  The crux, as it often is in the Jungle, is at the very end. Here is also where the gear placements come.  Up to that point you were clipping bolts.  With the many and varied colored species of lichen on both your right and left as well as Bryce Canyon National Park at your back, this is an aesthetic line! The route is also a great warm up for the stiffer and fine lines to the north!

Starts up small crimps past the first few bolts to a good rest, then move right and finish up the same great finish as Aibell.

Climb obvious seam to bolt two and do crux before clipping bolt 3.  Continue on to more hard climbing above.

Start up crack/corner until you can step right on to face. Blast up the steepening face to anchor. Brilliant climbing.

Unlike most Jungle lines, not at the start or the end, but dead center and the crux will most certainly work you.  Once you get into the .75 finger lock, the grind will go straight forwardly.  It is that mid-way transition that will make you wish for another holiday.

I want to be clear here!  The start has a suspicious looking death block. Could not budge it with a crowbar and the laws of physics say its mass is TOO much to have mere mortals turn it into kinetic energy, but, it will get your attention as you pull on it! After that, pure fun on regular trad moves...until about 2/3rds of the way up. Then a quandary presents itself.  Big left reach gives your traverse a really enjoyable pull through move that made me say "wow, that was fun!"

Long pulls past the first bolts lead to a tricky move to the arete. Then a superb steep finish on jugs to the top.

Same start as One then head left past bolts to finish at same anchor.

Start right up easy climbing to the ledge below the first bolt. Climb face in to the right facing corner where it gets harder the higher you go.

Great finish on steep head wall to anchor.

Almost 4 stars.

Up corner, pull a few hard moves around and over the roof. Romp up some great rock to the anchor.

This unusual line starts with a must do lieback. For those of you who need some schooling on this technique, then the Banshee Port Wing is a fine place to start!  Because of the old school moves off the start, you would most certainly call this the crux.  Then, the more traditional trad climbing will take you to the top, IF you are into awkward transitions from one seem to another, as well as a bit of off width.  That being said, this short romp is a hoot and you will have fun doing so many different moves in such a short space.

A great route on the best rock the Jungle has to offer.

Crux moves in the middle lead to a sweet finish.

This is a great little introductory route with a serious but short talus approach. On good rock with a nice "welcome to Jungle aretes" aspect.  There are possible other lines on both sides of this one.

The crux is in my head.  I am conflicted about this route.  The first 2/3s of this trad line are three plus stars...the last third will make you ponder the truths of the universe.  So perhaps the anchor should be moved down 15 ft.?  The crack takes gear well and the liebacking is epic.  Then you turn the small roof and see sketchy rock.  So I put a bolt in here to give courage.  If you want to add a bolt here and make it an anchor...be my quest...or thrash on with your belayer well out of range (we tried to clean, pry, and scrub but the blocks look so tenuous and yet refused to budge).
